The App includes various features designed to enhance your mobile experience.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

PDF2MD is a paid application. By purchasing the App, you agree to pay the one-time fee displayed at the time of purchase.

5.2 Refunds

Refund policies are subject to the terms and conditions of the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) from which you downloaded the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by DUOVIBERS LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PDF2MD is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DUOVIBERS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
